Work Placement management procedures

Work experience / work placement

During the process of assessing an application for work placement, a staff member will be identified who is willing to act as their mentor / placement co-ordinator. If the student already has an established relationship with a member of staff (eg. through previous club links) this will be their preferred mentor.

 

The responsibilities of the mentor / placement co-ordinator will include:

 

The management team will support staff in meeting these responsibilities.

 

All work placement students will be expected to abide by the expectations laid out in the GreaterSport Workplace Agreement.
