Flames: Lighting the way
Flame’s is a British Heart Foundation National Centre (BHFNC) sports and leadership programme to support the delivery of health based physical activity sessions to young people in school and the community. Change4Life Sports Clubs
Aims to encourage schools to help engage less-active children in physical activity and school sport by setting up a Change4Life Sports Club. The initiative is funded by the Department of Health in partnership with the Youth Sport Trust. Click here for further details.
Energy Clubs are fun, free physical activity club for children aged 4-11, delivered by trained volunteers at Primary Schools across England outside of school hours. Click here for further information.

Bikeability is the only government-recognised cycle training scheme, underpinned by national standards. It’s about gaining practical skills and understanding how to cycle on today’s roads. Bikeability gives everyone the skills and confidence for all kinds of cycling. There are three Bikeability levels, each designed to improve cycling skills, no matter what is known already.
