Clubs play a vital role in sport across Greater Manchester and our club support section will help you through the demands of operating your club and managing your club effectively.

Sport England's Community Asset Fund is a programme dedicated to enhancing the spaces in your local community that give people the opportunity to be active.

In a recent GreaterSport Club survey, clubs across Greater Manchester said that finding funding to upgrade ageing facilities was a priority to them.

There are a number of things Sport England want to achieve with the Community Asset Fund, but importantly they want to help local clubs and organisations to create quality and financially sustainable facilities that benefit their community for years to come - which may mean providing help to get things up and running too.
