- Would you like to run with a small group under the direction of a qualified run leader?
There are numerous Run England led running groups for beginners and intermediates. Follow the link below for your nearest run group. If you’d like to become a Run Leader, go to the Leadership in Running Fitness page for details.

- The 3-2-1 programme is a tool for permanently marking routes in parks and open spaces for the use by running groups and individuals.
