parkrun in Greater Manchester
parkrun is a free 5k run held every Saturday morning at 9am in local parks. They are timed events and can be used by runners and joggers of all abilities to show improvements in fitness over time, but they are not a race.
Participants must register in advance with parkrun by using the website.
