Work Experience and Placements
This is the Work Placements Policy Statement of Greater Manchester Sports Partnership
Our statement of general policy is:
- to provide fair and equitable opportunities for young people to gain access to work experience placements with GreaterSport
- to provide only as many opportunities as the Organisation is able to manage effectively and in the best interests of all parties
- to aim to provide a quality workplace learning experience for each placement student
- to provide a member of staff to act as mentor and placement co-ordinator for each placement student
- to maintain safe and healthy working conditions; and
- to review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals.
