Competition

Ensure that the competitions organised by or on behalf of the RFL are fully integrated, well managed, of an appropriate standard for the level of player and are open to the relevant groups.

This includes, Primary schools, Secondary Schools, Women & Girls development, Further Education & Higher Education, League for all Programme (i.e. Touch, Tag, Masters Rugby League and Disability).

Clubs

For players and clubs to be in an environment that makes playing Rugby League available to the maximum number of people possible with the minimum number of barriers and the best quality conditions.

This includes Volunteer support, Facility improvement.

Player Development

Increase the number & quality of player development environments.

Coaches

Looking to increase the number and quality of coaches developed, employed and deployed at each stage of the RFL Player Pathway.

Visibility & Profile

Develop a high quality service to increase the geographical reach of the visibility and profile of Rugby League.
