Partners Feedback
Many thanks to Partners who responded to our stakeholder satisfaction survey in April 2011!
As communicated via our newsletters through the year, we had a great response and have analysed the results, responses, and feedback at length. We also took findings to our Board.
Some of the key statistics included:
- 79% of respondents were either satisfied or very satisfied that GreaterSport was providing a lead role for sport and physical activity (9% dissatisfied, 1% very dissatisfied).
- 64% respondents were either satisfied or very satisfied that GreaterSport added value to services (17% dissatisfied, 3% very dissatisfied).
- Satisfaction ranged from 67% and 90% across the following areas: level of support, professionalism and helpfulness of staff, accessibility of staff, speed of response, efficiency dealing with queries, and quality of support and advice.
GreaterSport is absolutely committed to becoming better at what we do. So, one year on from the survey, what have we done and what progress has been made?
1. We met with key partners who were dissatisfied within the survey. These meetings were extremely beneficial to explore reasons for dissatisfaction. We were also able to revisit each other’s priorities, and fully understand which work areas were appropriate for us to work collaboratively on. Many thanks to those individuals for their time and commitment to helping GreaterSport become better at serving your needs.
2. You said…..our website wasn’t always easy to follow.
What we did….
We have revamped the overarching headings of the website, and realigned our programmes, events and information activities accordingly. We hope the website is now easier to navigate.
3. You said…you weren’t sure of who was in the GreaterSport team and what their roles were.
What we did….
We have made the About GreaterSport section much simpler and richer with more information about our partners, our strategy, our Annual Reports, as well as the team structure and staff profiles. We hope this helps clarify who we are and what each team member does.
4. You said….you didn’t know we provided so many products and services.
What we did….
We have revamped the overarching headings of the website, and populated each of them with our relevant products and services. We have also increased the regularity of newsletters from 4 to 6 per year. We hope this paints a clearer picture of the things we do, and the progress we are making.
5. You said….as a team, GreaterSport needed to address how many times cross posting of emails occurred.
What we did….
We now revisit our CRM contact database on an ongoing basis. We checked that our communications were aligned to our various working groups and programmes. We hope this has resulted in better communications to partners, and that you are receiving the information you need.
