Playground to Podium is a series of targeted interventions aimed at helping young disabled people progress from PE and community sport to high-level performance and competition.
Greater Manchester CAAD Day (County Athlete Assessment Day)
Date: Tuesday 22nd March 2011
Venue: The Armitage Centre, Manchester
Time: 09:45 – 14:30
Each SSP will nominate 10 athletes to attend the CAAD. Here athletes will be assessed in 5 sports by the NGB’s (National Governing Bodies): Boccia, Wheelchair Basketball, Athletics, Table Tennis and Football.
The NGB’s will be asked to recommend the selected pathway for each athletes future developent.
