The 28th Annual Mayoral Charity Golf Tournament

Bury Council’s Department for Communities and Wellbeing are to stage the 28th Mayoral Charity Golf Tournament on Monday 24th April 2017 atStand Golf Club. The competition is open to all Bury Council employees, partner organisations and companies that do business with us, as well as keen golfers. Like in previous years all donations will go to the Mayor's three official charities which are The Joshua Wilson Brain Tumour Charity, Annabelle's Challenge and Bury Alzheimer's Society.

About the tournament

A three person Stableford tournament at £105(£35 per person) which includes an entrance fee into the competition, a round of golf and a three-course meal at the prize presentation dinner from 7pm. All players also have access to the Nineteenth Stand Bar which will be open throughout the day for players to purchase refreshments.

If you would like to take part please visit http://burycouncil.yapsody.com and select ‘more info’ to display event and ticket details; you will be required to enter all player information then taken through a secure payment portal to book your tickets – we do not share any information you enter with third parties.

How to donate

We’re looking for local businesses and our partners to support the Mayors Charity Golf Tournament, as in previous years, either by means of a financial contribution to the event, entering a team with a corporate donation, or raffle prizes such for the prize presentation dinner such as wine, chocolates, free passes etc.

Like every year the companies will be listed as a proud sponsor of the event throughout all press releases and promoted before, during and after the event as donating to the Mayors Charity Appeal.
