Claiming Funding

Funding for Sportivate projects will be paid retrospectively on receipt of the attendance register, a completed and signed registration form for each participant and the project review form.

To claim funding, complete and sign the Sportivate claim form (one box per project if claiming for several projects) and submit to Jane O’Brien at GreaterSport with evidence of expenditure (a print out from your finance system) and the monitoring paperwork for each project. Once all the paperwork has been received, you will be given a PO number to quote on your invoice.

Please advise deliverers that each year GreaterSport will audit a small sample of projects. For this, we will require copies of full evidence from the selected projects i.e. receipts, payslips etc. Projects to be audited in year 1 will be confirmed by the end of the project year.
