Why we ask for these forms:
We know that completing lots of forms is a pain, however these forms do help.
The Team Entry Form gives the Partnership important statistical data that is used to provide funding agencies with data to show that the activities help. This in turn shows that the funding is worthwhile and shows a case for it to continue.
Although the team is the responsibility of the teacher in charge, it also gives the host a register of who is at the venue on the day which may help in the case of emergency.
The Image Consent Form is used to allow us to inform press and professional photographers that the participants are ok to be photographed and that by publishing images they will not endanger or offend the beliefs of the young people.
None of the data collected from the MINI's is used for marketing purposes
