The Arts Council England - North West are funding partners for the Arts and Cultural Programme at the Greater Manchester Youth Games. The event is set to incorporate four competitions that will be awarded medals in the same way as the sports, as well as participation events including circus skills which means that people can 'have a go' on the day.
