Welcome to the Salford Team pages for the 'I love me' Greater Manchester Youth Games. On 12th July 2008 a team of young people will compete in sports and arts events, proudly representing their borough. If you would like to take part:
Netball Trials on - Monday 12th May 2008 at Deans Activity Centre, Deans Rd, Swinton between 1 - 3pm.
Spectators are welcome to support Salford on the day, make sure you get the date in your diary to celebrate sport and the arts in Greater Manchester!

| I have been involved in the Youth Games through Salford Vikings Basketball Club since 2006. We have held open trials for players each year and have been involved in the Greater Manchester league to qualify for the Youth Games. My involvement is as chairperson of the club and as a parent of a player. I have been extremely proud of the children throughout their involvement with the games - they all wear their Salford t-shirt with pride. |
