My 7 yr old daughter competed this year in the cheerleading and her squad won the GOLD for Trafford. It was a fantastic day and a big well done to all the cheerleaders, the standard was high and all were (as always) great sports and very supportive of our very young squad xxx

I had loads of fun playing hockey for Trafford in the 08 games. The bronze medal has a worthy position on my bedroom wall.

I was tennis team manager for Trafford in 2005 and really enjoyed the role. I had a fantastic day as did all of the Trafford tennis team. Little did I know that Trafford would be in the play offs against Tameside whose team manager is a tennis member of my club...the banter was fantastic. A year later I was working for Greater Sport as part of the organising team and the enjoyment of being part of the youth games in Greater Manchester just continues!
