You're sat behind your computer mid-morning, staring into space, low on energy and lacking motivation. The tea and biscuits are calling...sound familiar?
Whether you’re beginning to creep back to the office or working from home we’ve all had those moments where we just feel sapped of energy, you could say it’s been all too familiar these last few months. It’s often in these moments that we reach for the coffees, energy drinks, biscuits and chocolate bars to give us that immediate hit of energy and that little bit of feel good, only for it to likely compound the problem perhaps just an hour down the line.
This session has been designed to provide employees and senior leaders alike with the knowledge and understanding of the importance of nutrition and its impact upon our performance on a day to day basis. Learn how and when to have the foods you enjoy without negatively impacting health and/or performance and remove that common stress, anxiety and guilt that often arises around meal times. Whether you’re eating in the workplace or from home, learn how to save time and money whilst fueling yourself to be at your best.
Upon registering for the session through the form below you will receive an email with the zoom link and a calendar invite which you can then use to join the workshop. Please ensure you retain this email or calendar invite to be able to join on the day. If you don't receive an email, please contact [email protected].
