The Covid-19 pandemic and the need to physically distance ourselves to keep us and the most vulnerable in our communities safe, has the potential to affect our activity levels. However there are still numerous ways that we can incorporate moving more into our daily lives, even if self isolating. We have pulled together some tips, advice, guidance and things you can do to keep moving during this time of physical distancing, as well as guidance for those working within the sector.
