Our recruitment process:

We have adopted an anonymised recruitment process. This removes the candidate’s name and other identifying factors such as age and gender, so we can ensure we hire based on merit only.

1. Application Form

Completing the application form is a key part in the process as the information that you provide will help us with the shortlisting process. We’ll ask for information on your experience, skills, qualifications and understanding which are relevant to the advertised roles.

2. Interviews

Once you submit your application, we’ll review it. If we feel you’re suitable we’ll invite you to an interview – this could be a telephone interview, a face to face interview or in the format of an assessment centre, depending on the position you’re applying for.
