British Weightlifting - The BIG Christmas Lift

This Christmas Special will be the same as a normal competition, however you need to wear some form of Christmas fancy dress to raise money for charity. British Weight lifting and Life Leisure will be donating to two charities for this event, The David Hopkins Foundation (Life Leisure) and The Weight Lifters Support Fund (British Weight Lifting)

The event will be a standard weight lifting competition where you will be given 3 attempts to snatch and clean and jerk with your best attempts making a total. The totals of your best snatch and clean and jerk will be added to your overall totals your club for team standings.
