We have an aim to achieve gender parity on our Board. At present 40% are women (5 female, 7 male members). Also, greater diversity, including, but not limited to, Black, Asian, minority ethnic (BAME) diversity, and disability.

We are signed up to the Disability Confident Scheme, and as such are committed to recruiting and retaining disabled people and those with health conditions.

In order to drive greater diversity, GreaterSport will take into account the Women In Sport 'Checklist for Change' guidance, to improve diversity in leadership.
