The Board of Directors/Trustees meet throughout the year to oversee the business, strategy and long term planning of the Company. At each meeting the Board reviews progress of the Company towards its objectives and receives papers on key subjects which typically cover:

The board meets 4 times a year and also has an annual Away Day.
In addition to the main Board meetings there are two sub-committees that report back to the main board.
GreaterSport holds its Annual General Meeting in September each year. The last AGM was held on 20th September 2019.
