This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to become a part of the gym team within Oldham Active. Applications are invited from individuals who will be responsible for aspects of the operation of the gym, instruction, and financial performance.

Applications are invited from individuals who are qualified to Level 2 in Gym Instruction and are experienced instructors who will be responsible for aspects of the operation of the gym, instruction, and performance. A first aid certificate would also be desirable, and a DBS check will be a requirement of the role.
The main duties of the role will include customer care, conducting fitness programmes, teaching gym-based classes, as well as cleaning and reception duties. Operating procedures, policies and standards are to be achieved effectively with an emphasis on customer care.
Hours of work will include evening and weekend work at times to reflect the requirements of the role.
The rate of pay for the role is £10 – £12.21 per hour and is dependent upon age.
