Location: Home-working & community-based
Salary: £34,434 – £36,363 per year + 8.5% pension contribution and staff benefits (health cash plan, life assurance and learning and development financial allocation)
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexibility in the fulfilment of hours and applications for full-time, part-time and job shares will be considered)
Leave: 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays and a wellbeing day)
Contract: Three-years fixed term – with a possible extension dependent on funding (all satisfactory to a six-month probationary review)
As Service Manager you will provide clear direction and effective leadership to staff members, to establish and maintain high standards of service delivery; supporting, encouraging and motivating the team to ensure a positive working environment with learning and development opportunities.
You will manage and develop Beyond Empowers services and team, within resources and timescales, ensuring the delivery of outputs and outcomes meet and exceed client, customer and stakeholder requirements, in line with established quality standards, key performance indicators and contingencies.
You will have excellent service management skills, with the ability to; assess and manage risk, develop and implement appropriate systems and processes and achieve outcomes above and beyond expectations of those we work with.
