Professional background:

Member of Youth Parliament for Wigan & Leigh, with a background in political and community activism. I worked with GMYCA and GM Moving to launch a project across 26 organisations exploring the mental health benefits of movement. I also chaired the Youth Inspiration Fund. Currently, I am a student at The Deanery, studying Business, Politics and Law, and play rugby league for Wigan St Patricks RFL.

My first experience of GM Moving in action was speaking on stage at the conference. I’d never seen that many people in my life. I especially enjoyed playing the 3-a-side outside (and winning!), but the actual conference was very informative!

Fun fact:
I’m a Wigan Athletic season ticket holder – which often feels like mental torture!
