A new session for adults suffering with mental health illnesses
Bolton Arena’s Sunday Social Kickabout has been exclusively set up to offer a football provision for men and women aged 16 and above who may be feeling socially isolated and unable to access mainstream football.
We are inviting individuals who have lost their social connections, have suffered a relationship breakdown, the unemployed and those going through a bereavement.
In addition, the Sunday Social Kickabout would be ideal for people new to the area, players just fancying a kickabout or all those super busy Mums and Dads just looking for some light-hearted exercise.
The format of the kickabout sessions will be small sided games (e.g. 5 A-Side), fully supervised by the Bolton Arena football staff.
Sessions will take place every Sunday at 18:00 - 19:00, starting on 31st October.
Book your place by calling 01204-488100 or just turn up on the day and pay at Bolton Arena main reception. Alternatively book via the Bolton Arena app.
